An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Vehicles must be parked on the driveway, which can fit 4 cars, as street parking is not permitted and may result in a ticket. Conveniently located in the heart of Arlington, your vacation home is just 18 minutes from DFW Airport and around 20 minutes to downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth. You'll have easy access to both cities and nearby attractions like Mountain Creek Lake and Lake Arlington. The property is also close to family attractions such as the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy proximity to Richard Green Linear Park and River Legacy Parks. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning costs. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels are monitored to comply with local ordinances. Room #5 is available for groups of 12 or more guests. Small gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. The home offers a comfortable environment for remote work, with Wi-Fi and smart TVs equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. A laptop computer is not included.
