The open-concept dining room and living room, with lofted ceilings and beautiful furnishings, create an intimate and comfortable space for relaxation. Free parking is available on the premises. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29 fee per night for each additional guest. No parties or events are allowed. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Self-check-in is available, with detailed instructions provided one day before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee, subject to availability.
