The carpet in the living room and bedroom is new. This is a great unit for anyone who wants to stay downtown and walking distance to groceries, shops, restaurants, public transit, and laundromats. There is no parking however with permit parking is an additional cost of $125! Hard to get in Montpelier! The tenant pays for electric which is also the heat. Come check out the beautiful apartment in the heart of downtown next to the bustle of shops!
