Feel at home in this family-friendly residence where pets are welcome with a fee. Enjoy the above-ground saltwater pool, open until October 1st. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the comfortable living room with a sofa bed and SmartTV leads to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. A farm table, a smaller dining table, and countertop seating are perfect for enjoying meals and fellowship with your group. The bedrooms are spacious, with the first featuring three double beds, the second and third each with two double beds, and the last bedroom with a queen bed. Outside, a charcoal grill is available year-round. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Located in Briarwood in the midtown area, this home is just a short drive from downtown. While some guests have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, we have never had any security issues. We encourage driving, but Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service day. The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, with the code provided upon check-in. Guests must be 21 years of age to book.
