THE REQUIREMENTS: All potential tenants must fill out an application including standard fee and must submit to a background check and credit check via secure online portal (one per tenant over age 18). Tenant must provide proof of income equal to 2.5x the monthly rent or more. Security deposit ($3000) is due at the time of lease signing. First month's rent due at the time of move-in. Tenants must show proof of active renter's insurance policy covering all tenants no later than the time of move-in and are expected to hold this insurance for the entire lease period.
