Furnished full basement space with private bedroom, bathroom, living area and shared kitchen available for temporary monthly rental from 11/11/25 to 4/30/26. Possibly longer depending on the renter. I’m looking for a single or couple to rent my furnished basement apartment from November to April during my short term rental off season. Ideally those who values cleanliness and a peaceful living environment. Ideal candidates should maintain a neat and tidy space, be mindful of noise levels, and avoid any loud parties or gatherings, drug or alcohol use. No aggressive behavior is tolerated. I prefer someone who’s easygoing, considerate, communicative and respectful of boundaries. A positive, low-drama attitude is a must, and someone who treats the shared space with care and respect is essential. I am in a quiet, secluded neighborhood in the foothills of Morrison, near Red Rocks. Right next to highways C470 and 285, which give you quick access to the mountains and the Denver metro area within a half hour. We have trails, lakes, shopping, and gyms nearby. Furnished Furniture included: The space has a family room with: • Hardwood Floors • Pullout Couch with Chaise • Raised Coffee Table • Kitchenette with Dishes, Cups and Silverware • Keurig Coffee Maker • Dining Table • Mini Fridge • Microwave • 55" 4k Roku Streaming TV • Closet Space A bedroom with: • Carpet • King Bed, • 32" Roku TV, • Dresser • Closet Space • Charging stations on Nightstands • Private Bathroom with Shower Also included: • Dedicated Parking Space • Washer Dryer in the unit • Shared Full kitchen with fridge and pantry space, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, stove, oven, sink, air fryer oven • Large natural backyard with a patio and grill Costs: $55 background check fee with the application. Credited back to your first months’ rent if accepted, or split with me if not. I will reimburse you. $1700 Monthly Rent due on the 1st of the month. $50 Late fee applied on the 5th of the month $1000 Refundable Deposit, payable over 3 months $100 Move out cleaning fee Utilities included: Gas, electricity, Internet, trash, water The house is shared with me, with the entrance to the basement right next to the front door. I keep to myself and give you all the space you need. I have 2 friendly, playful, cuddly, well behaved sibling cats that stay in my upstairs space. I enjoy shared meals and conversation. I am a creative, clean, quiet, sober individual who values personal growth, emotional wellness and mindfulness. I would need access to the basement space once a week or so to do laundry, quickly in and out and with advance notice to be respectful of your space. Please message me to meet and talk further!
