If any utilities (electric, water, trash, and sewage) are shared between one meter or property, we use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill that back between all units equally using square footage / bedroom number of the home. Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equaling one half of half of one rent payment. - We also require a Surety Bond through Assurant usually costing a one time payment between $100 and $300. This fee is credit dependent. Laundry: There are washer and dryer hookups inside the unit. We can provide machines for the tenant's at $25/monthly for the pair.
