This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat is part of a duplex and offers a large back exterior stone patio with plenty of seating, sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and a private boat dock where you can park a boat and fish. Feel at home in this fully renovated property that includes free parking and is less than a 9-minute walk to the beach. The Seashell Suite is a cozy retreat freshly updated with coastal-inspired décor and durable vinyl flooring. It features a warm electric fireplace, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Enjoy the water view from the living area and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen comes with all the cooking essentials you need. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and a weight limit of 50lbs. You must notify in advance if you're bringing a pet, and fees and conditions will apply. Service pets are free with prior notification and documentation. The property offers a kayak for guest use and a boat dock with a fee of $150 plus $50 per night for boat parking. Additional fees include a cleaning fee for stays longer than 14 days, a service fee, a resort fee, and applicable taxes. All transactions, including refunds, incur a 4% processing fee. Nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this apartment is just a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. While many attractions are within walking distance, you can also explore nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach by car. For beach visits, parking is limited, so walking or using a ride-share service is recommended. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties are not allowed. Any parties will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, and violations will incur a $500 penalty. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour. The fishing dock is private to the duplex, and both units have access. Guests must practice reasonable precautions when using the fire pit and grill. No firearms are allowed on the property without written permission, and violations will result in a penalty of $250. Security cameras are on-site but not actively monitored 24/7. Package deliveries are the responsibility of the guest.

Treasure Island consists of three neighborhoods roughly bound by John’s Pass on the north side, Blind Pass on the south side, and the downtown area in the middle of the island. Downtown Treasure Island is a largely commercial district, containing a variety of local shops, restaurants, and convenience stores which sit across from hotel-lined beaches. The Treasure Island Beach Trail is also in the middle of the island, offering plenty of opportunities for walking, skateboarding, rollerblading, and bicycling.
