The back yard has gorgeous dogwood trees. A few thornless blackberry bushes are on the property as well as a blueberry bush. Kind and good people are the neighbors. The home has a brand new central heat and air unit with gas heat and electric air conditioning. The stove hookup is electric and the water heater is gas. The home is on Dickson Water Authority Sewer so the water bills include sewer. No fence is on the property. NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOME. High speed internet is available. The deposit is $1675. A 60 day notice of vacating the rental is required. Deposit will be returned if the home is left in excellent condition. When the 60 day notice is given, the owner will go through the home with the tenant to assess the condition of the home. The deposit can be returned and/applied to the final month's rent. We want clean tenants and references that verify the tenants keep and tidy and clean home.
