Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in East Dallas, this home is just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas Main Street and 30 minutes from DFW airport. Nearby attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. For outdoor activities, Lake Ray Hubbard is just a 13-minute drive away, offering great views, shopping, and a private sand beach. The area is also home to numerous parks, trails, golf courses, shopping centers, and more. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests.
