We're renting our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath furnished home in Durango Hills from approximately 2/15/25 to 6/15/25 (up to 4 months). We're open to a shorter lease (for someone who only needs a place for a few months) or a slightly longer lease (for someone who needs a place through the summer). Please contact us if you have any questions after reading the info below, or if you'd like to schedule a time to see the house. Please DO NOT disturb current occupants by visiting unannounced. If you are interested in filling out an application after seeing the house, please let us know and we will forward you the online application. House description: - Nearly 2600 sq. ft. of living space plus detached garage with 1-2 parking spaces. - This home is unique architecturally, with a modern design that fits into its natural surroundings and a 3-level floorplan that is very open but provides privacy to all family members. - Lower level includes: Reading room/movie room (with dvd player, Roku, video projector, and projection screen), amazing views to the surrounding hills and forest, sliding glass doors leading to a covered patio, separate master bedroom with large walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, and laundry room.
