Located near Cholla Park, Casa Rica Trail, Ancala Country Club, and Stonegate Equestrian Park, this spacious home is sure to please. Fast foods and restaurants are just a short drive away. The fully furnished home has plenty of room for everyone with a pool and bonfire pit for those warm summer nights, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work or play. The spacious living room, kitchen, and laundry area provide all the comforts of home. You can enjoy indoor activities like playing foosball or watching your favorite show on Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube on the smart TVs. Access to the entire house and the pool ensures you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. We will accept 1 dog maximum with a pet fee of $250. This must be paid upfront and be made aware to us prior to your stay. You must bring a kennel to place the dog so that the pup is not roaming freely while you are gone. Guests must clean and pick up after their pet. The pet fee isn’t an additional cleaning fee, so if there’s additional cleaning needed, there may be extra charges. Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing nearby families. No smoking inside the home or within 15 feet of any windows or doors, with a fine of a minimum of $750 for violations. No parties or large gatherings are allowed due to Arizona State Law, Bill 1350. Cars may only be parked in the driveway or 1 car in the garage, with no street parking allowed. Surveillance cameras cover entrance and exit ways to ensure compliance with city and state laws for short-term rentals. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 11:30 AM, with a $100 fee if guests haven’t checked out by then and $50 additional for each half an hour thereafter. Please do not remove the vacuum from the pool as it will damage the pool pump, and if replacement is needed, it will fall on the guest.
