This comfortable 1200 sqft home is located in the city of Richmond Heights with Clayton schools. It is currently it under renovation and we hope to be ready for move in by the end of March. Originally only one bedroom, we are in the process of adding a second bedroom, re-finishing the wood floors and updating some of the electrical. The house includes a fenced in back yard, access to an open and plentiful side yard (a good spot for children to play), off street parking, and plenty of storage space in the basement. The neighborhood is family friendly and centrally located, close to Highway 40, Forest Park, The Galleria, downtown Clayton, and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Children will attend Captain Elementary, Wydown Middle, and Clayton High School. Pets are acceptable with a $450 no-refundable deposit. Non smokers only. A background check will be required. There is currently a washer and dryer in the basement, but these were our old units placed in the house when we got new ones. They are available for use as long as they work, but will not be replaced if they brake. NOTE: Pictures are a combination of older and recent. Windows have recently been replaced and floors will be refinished by the end of the month. The rooms will be freshly painted before anyone moves in.
