A few minutes from the 134 and 101 FWYs as well as the North Hollywood Red line train/Orange line bus station. The unit itself is small, feels more like a large studio than a proper one bedroom. Separate entrance from main house and access to a small backyard. There has been recent remodeling at the house and the unit now has hardwood flooring in the bedroom. There is also central AC/Heating but the wall unit remains in tact for use as well. Access to a washer and dryer. Shared parking in the driveway for a small car. For large vehicles there is always plenty of street parking available. There are 2 small dogs on premises (so we would prefer no more pets, sorry).
