There’s currently 3 people who live here. Myself and a boyfriend/girlfriend couple. Yes Pet’s are welcome. Must be housetrained and clean. It’s a 3 bedroom household. I have The master bedroom upstairs. The boyfriend/girlfriend couple has one of the 2 bedrooms for rent downstairs. They’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. The house features Gym, * Pool Table, * Basement lounge area with couches and TV, * Front porch lounge area with couches, * Propane grill, * Fire pit, * Big driveway off street parking * Free vegetables from the garden * Within walking distance of Riverview Beach Park located on the beautiful Delaware River. * And a lot more! Essentially you’re sharing an entire house. You’re welcome to have friends over as long as they respect my house. You guys can watch TV, play video games, roast marshmallows around the fire outside etc. Background checks are required and you must be a decent human being.
