Inside, you'll find an open concept layout with a cozy living room featuring a queen-size sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a large SmartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to settle in and feel at home, and includes a dining space with seating for 4. The home has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with two full-sized beds, along with a full bathroom with a shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a small side yard, perfect for children or pets. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Parking is available for guests, and for dock access, walk across the street to the parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. The community game area offers seating and a grill, along with games like volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. Our location on the marsh provides the perfect backdrop for what makes Savannah so charming, with large mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss, breezy nights, and proximity to dining, shopping, and adventure. The house features a digital combo lock pad, and you will receive the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated and contact-free, providing maximum privacy and flexibility. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A penalty will be charged for any pet-related cleaning required. Guests must be 21 years of age to book.
