Hi everyone! I'm renting out our beloved home in Westwood Village, a short walk away from UCLA campus. It's a beautiful, spacious, fully-furnished 1 bed/1 bath condo with high-quality furniture. It's completely move-in ready, perfect for couples, working professionals, or students new to LA. We've made a number of upgrades, including newly installed hardwood flooring in all rooms, and state of the art sound-proofed windows in the bedroom (a critical amenity for this prime location!). The bedroom also includes a queen bed, two workstations, a large walk-in closet, multiple storage compartments, and a space heater and ceiling fan. The living room features multiple lounge/work areas, and offers a TV, a sofa, various shelves, and a Heater/AC unit. It also features a full-size loft bed that can serve as a guest bed or accommodation for an additional resident or guest. The kitchen sports a breakfast bar, granite counters, and updated appliances. We are in the process of bringing in additional/new furniture that's not yet reflected in the listing photos. Our condo is located in Club California, one of the most popular communities in Westwood Village. The building boasts wonderful communal amenities for its residents, including a lovely heated pool, a two-story fitness center, a grilling patio, a basketball hoop, and a lounge/activity room for relaxation and entertainment. A series of upgrades was recently done to the building to further improve the quality of living, such as brand-new carpeting, repainting of the interior and the exterior, updated light fixtures, additional gym equipment, etc. Club Cal also offers awesome, onsite property managers who provide round-the-clock support to residents. The condo includes a laundry room onsite, and one parking space in a gated garage. As nice as this unit is, our experience says you may not spend much time in it! We are conveniently nestled in the heart of the vibrant Westwood Village, within easy walking distance to UCLA, the Ronald Reagan Hospital, the iconic Fox theatre, and the renowned Hammer Museum. Living here, you're just down the block from numerous amazing restaurants and bars, coffee and milk tea shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, parks, and more. We'd be more than happy to share with you some of our favorites. While our family has now outgrown the condo, we really loved our time living here, and are hoping to find the next resident to love it too.
