The house is completely renovated with a brand new roof installed July 10th! It's available for long or short term rental. Long term 10 to 12 months with option to renew each year. Short term lease 3 to 9 months with a goal to give families that are moving to the area a place to stay while their house is completed or their new home is located or they transition into the military base housing. This is an ideal place for those attending EOD school and the house is 12 minutes from the school. ( Last three tenants were EOD students!) The master bedroom has a Queen bed walk-in closet wall unit with shelves and TV and one double window looking out into the beautiful back yard with blinds. Brand new bed and sheets.The second bedroom has a music, theme, queen bed ( optional for two twins if needed), large closet, dresser, TV, window with blinds, looking out into the front yard. Brand new sheets Open concept : The living room seats, six has a coffee table that raises into a table and storage there is built in shelving TV and storage also has a wood burning fireplace. The dining room has a beautiful wood table that seats six. The kitchen has new appliances, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer and a pantry. Dishes, pots and pans are all included. There is one bathroom linen closet is in the hallway with ample space for linen and shelves for other items, large walk-in shower with dual shower head built in shelf and ADA bars , toilet, large sink with drawers. Built-in shelf for toiletries, toilet paper holder with cell phone shelf. Towels and sheets included. The backyard is fully fenced, beautiful bird sanctuary and trees The back porch (recently renovated) has a covered area, and then an open area and stairs to the backyard that were just added! New roof being installed! The home is nicely decorated in Wood, gray and white tones with a farmhouse feel and beautiful backyard, sanctuary of trees, birds, etc. House is furnished ( can be partially furnished upon request) with two parking spaces. In addition, owner pays for water, sewer, trash, yard service, alarm system, internet and streaming package. (saves you money on utility deposits and maintenance and allows you one monthly payment to cover most or all monthly expenses). Pets are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 per pet. *Tenant pays electric. *There is an option to include electric which would then include all utilities at a flat rate request more information if interested.
