Essential amenities are provided, including linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and free cable and internet access. The home operates on a self-catering basis, and after the initial supplies are used up, guests are encouraged to visit the nearest supermarket for additional items. A welcome package is available upon request. Pool heat is available for $50.00 per day and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in for the entire stay. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Lake Berkley Resort is known for its meticulously maintained grounds, featuring a 24-hour manned security gate and an array of on-site amenities. The clubhouse offers a gym, a computer internet area, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a children's splash-pool, all provided at no additional cost to guests. Fishing is a natural pastime in the tranquil 14-acre spring-fed lake facing the villa. For the comfort of all guests, this home is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Violation of this policy may result in a minimum charge of $400.00. Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit undergoes a thorough cleaning and inspection by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels are provided in the unit. Excessive cleaning requirements or a double clean will incur a charge of $100.00. In accordance with Florida law, all food items will be removed after guest checkout, and items such as condiments or coffee powder are not supplied before check-in.
