Each bath has hair dryer/curler/straightener. Living room has a TV, remote-controlled window shade, and new leather couch set (sofa-bed, chair, and ottoman). Balcony overlooks a newly remodeled courtyard with a fountain that offers tranquil water sounds 8am-10pm, suitable for the location's atmosphere as it's close to San Diego's Bay and Seaport Village. Kitchen is an open design joining the dining area and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked including appliances like a Keurig machine, drip coffee machine, countertop oven-toaster, filtered water from the refrigerator, gas range stove, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Washer / dryer in unit. Central heating, fan, and air conditioning. High-speed internet with Wi-Fi. Coat closet includes beach supplies. Two-car, side-by-side, parking spots in gated garage. Access to Fitness Center / gym in building, and rooftop balcony/BBQs over-looking the city buildings like San Diego's famous round-dome library. Elevators to each floor.
