There is a 36 hour turnaround time on all applications received with the proper documentation attached. Please submit everything correctly the first time. $89 Monthly Utility FEE for: Water, Garbage, Sewer, Security, and Grounds Keeping that will be owed on the 1st of the month and is added to your monthly rent.
