The primary bedroom has an additional walk in closet and is open to the loft above which can be used as a hobby space or office. Enjoy views of both the ocean and the city. Outside, there's also a shared furnished patio space to sit and watch the boats go by. This is a 24/7 gated community with visitor parking in addition to your own two covered parking spaces. Furnishings optional. Available for 12 month lease. Rent includes water, sewer, grounds care, snow removal, and trash removal. 2 garage parking spots. Laundry in unit. Furnishings optional.
