Utilities are not included but run on average of $100-250 monthly depends on the season and usage. We can provide exact usage for each month. Electric heat in the kitchen, dining room, water heater and in bedrooms. Propane heater for the main part of the house, cooking, and dryer. Water, wifi and lawn care is paid by landlord.
