The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed, both with a private bathroom, while the third bedroom also features a king bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, the living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, and there's a twin bunk bed alcove in the hallway. Feel at home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing and cooking any meal. Enjoy the beautiful beaches within walking distance and the complimentary beach service, which includes two chairs and one umbrella from March 1st to October 31st. If you prefer to stay sand-free, relax by the lovely Gulf front pool or swim in the largest pool on the Island. The property offers a covered four-story parking garage for all guests. Waters Edge Condominiums are clean, quiet, family-friendly, and centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach. Okaloosa Island is minutes from Destin, approximately 7 miles away, and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort-Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily. Check-in starts at 4 pm, with some properties qualifying for early check-in at 1 pm for an additional $50 plus tax, subject to availability. Check-out is at 10 am, with late check-out available at 1 pm for an additional $50 plus tax, subject to availability. No third-party bookings are allowed, and guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children are always welcome with their parents. Due to severe allergies, no animals or pets of any kind are allowed, except for a registered service dog. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames are allowed in the unit or on the balcony or patio. All vacation rental condos are stocked with minimum initial necessities, including starter supplies for the kitchen and full bathrooms. For longer stays, guests are welcome to bring or buy additional supplies, as spices and condiments are not provided.
