The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, and both a Keurig and French Press coffee maker. The living room boasts a 75” smart TV, a large plush sofa, and direct outdoor access, all within an open floor plan. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, but no cats please. Ample parking is available on the street and driveway. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please inquire about availability. Located on the peaceful shores of Lake Carrie, this home offers breathtaking water views and direct lake access. Nearby attractions include the Murals of Lake Placid, Toby’s Clown Foundation and School, Lake Placid Historical Society Depot Museum, Highlands Hammock State Park, and Lake Placid Tower. Dining options include Jaxson’s On The Lake, Dock 633, Main Street America An Eatery, Beef 'O' Brady’s, and Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant. Renting a car or using rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are convenient options for exploring the area. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
