The eat-in kitchen includes white cabinetry, a free standing pantry, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms (one queen, one full) and the full bath. The backyard includes a screened-in back porch and grill. Next-door to the cottage is the nostalgic neighborhood general store - a perfect spot for coffee, breakfast, sandwiches, ice cream, and supplies. The association beach includes a clubhouse and parking lot - pass included. Enjoy the Connecticut shoreline with nearby amazing restaurants, shops, and Fenwick golf course. (Renter pays for electric and wifi. Cable not included, but renter can set that up if desired. Parking in the back of the property is accessed via the shared driveway that runs between the cottage and general store.)
