Finishing off the first floor of this dream vacation home is the master en-suite, having a king-size bed and its own exit to the small screened-in porch located in the back of the home. This room also has a connected bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower and plenty of bathroom storage. The new washer and dryer are located in a closet in the master en-suite as well, for your convenience. Entering the second floor of this home, you are greeted with yet another cozy space to spend time with your friends or family with another full-size couch with two matching chairs, featuring another television for when you just can’t agree on what to watch. On either side of this family space are the two other bedrooms. Upon entering the room to the left, you are greeted with a queen bed with a walk-in closet for all those new clothes you’ll buy downtown. The second bathroom is located off the upstairs living room, featuring a tub shower combination. This home is designed to sleep up to six guests. This rental has two parking spaces, one inside the garage on the left-hand side and one outside the garage, also on the left-hand side. The garage space inside and outside on the right is for the studio apartment. This property is perfect for your furry family member, allowing one well-behaved, potty-trained dog, three years or older, under 60 lbs with the required non-refundable pet fee and signed pet policy.
