The condo is wheelchair accessible, and pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding certain breeds. A pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. The neighborhood offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Although a car is not necessary, free parking is available. This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver may be chosen.
