It is set back and sits higher (on a hill) from Gorham Street so there is privacy. No Driveway, Easy Street parking only. ____________ Lots of upgrades in the past few years. New energy efficient windows, storm doors, appliances, washer & dryer, bathroom, shower, flooring, and the house was completely re-insulated in 2015 so winters are warm inside. ____________ Tenant pay Gas and Electric (MG&E) and any internet or cable they choose.
