The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the pool and lakefront dining area. The en-suite bathroom has an open layout with a jetted tub, separate shower, and vibrant jungle-themed wallpaper. Two guest bedrooms each have a king-size bed, located on the opposite side of the home from the primary bedroom, perfect for families seeking privacy. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. Misuse of the AC system, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees.
