Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival, with card payments only. A maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation is strictly enforced. Rates are $20 per day for the first 3 days, free from Day 4-7, and $5 per day from Day 8 onward. Winter Rate Cap from November to March is a maximum of $60 per stay. Security cameras are installed outside for your safety and protection. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, allowing only ADA compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking, and travelers must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required.
