This house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully finished basement, and a one-car garage (two more parking spaces -- one on the driveway, another one in front of the house on a first-come-first-serve basis). New high-quality carpet has been installed for most of the second-floor space (except for the two bathrooms) and the basement (2021). The open-concept 1st floor is perfect for entertaining with bamboo flooring (2016), fresh paint (2021), recessed lighting & gas fireplace. The heart of the home, the kitchen boasts a new range hood (inner circulation with filters; extra filters are bought and will be left for the tenants to replace, 2022), repainted cabinets with new t bar knobs (2021), newly installed kitchen sink (2021), newer dishwasher, and breakfast bar, which provides extra seating for family and friends. The well-functioned refrigerator will be kept here for the tenants to use. The half bathroom is located on the first floor too on the left of the main entrance door. Make your way upstairs to the oversized landing to find 2nd floor laundry (a washer, a dryer, and shelves for storage), 2 great sized bedrooms with large closets and fresh paint (2021), hall linen closet and a fully updated hall bathroom with new flooring, vanity, light fixture, bathtub & tile surround.
