The spacious dining area seats six, while the living room offers cozy seating and a 55” flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. Both bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds, desks, dressers, and TVs. With in-unit laundry and central air, this apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $375 per month and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Located just minutes from downtown and the Back Bay, the South End has become one of Boston's most popular neighborhoods. It has attracted a diverse blend of young professionals, families, and a vibrant gay and lesbian population to this Boston Landmark District. You will be sure to notice the South End's renowned Victorian brownstone buildings and homes as you walk along Tremont Street, Columbus Avenue, and Massachusetts Avenue. Some of Boston's finest restaurants, a thriving arts community, and nearly 30 parks also call the South End home. The apartment is 0.3 miles from the Franklin Line, the Needham Line, and the Providence/Stoughton Line at the Ruggles stop. With a walk score of 91 and a transit score of 96, it is a "rider's paradise." This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival, including a navigational application that guides directly to the property. There is a $150 lost key fee. For any stays 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.
