The open layout offers a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a dining area, and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and a 55” flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, desks, dressers, and TVs. With in-unit laundry and central air, this stylish space has everything you need for a short-term or extended stay. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Parking is available at $375 per month. Pack n' Play and high chair available upon request for $10 per night. Located just minutes from downtown and the Back Bay, the South End has become one of Boston's most popular neighborhoods. It has attracted a diverse blend of young professionals, families, and a vibrant gay and lesbian population to this Boston Landmark District. You will be sure to notice the South End's renowned Victorian brownstone buildings and homes as you walk along Tremont Street, Columbus Avenue, and Massachusetts Avenue. Some of Boston's finest restaurants, a thriving arts community, and nearly 30 parks also call the South End home. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. There is a $150 lost key fee.
