Kick your feet up, take a deep exhale, and relax knowing you’ve just entered into your peaceful home away from home. This home combines 60’s and 70’s decor with modern elegance to create the perfect ambiance for those who love luxury and swanky style. Ideal for a solo or couples trip, the open floor plan includes a relaxing living room, a spacious bedroom, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a cooking lover’s dream kitchen with a marble countertop island that doubles as a work-from-home space. The queen-sized bed is equipped with a comfortable memory foam mattress, and the bathroom provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and extra towels for a perfect stay. The home offers an incredible set-up for children, including a Pack N’ Play, high chair, baby bath, sheet set, and silicone plate, fork, and spoon. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. A short Uber ride of about five to ten minutes will get you to Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Armature Works, Hyde Park, South Tampa, The Port, Tampa International Airport, Lowry Park Zoo, The Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, The Straz Center, and much more. This house is centrally located in the historic and trendy neighborhood of Seminole Heights, known as the foodie district of Tampa. Guests can easily walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, with destinations just a 3 to 10-minute walk away. Florida's tropical environment means occasional encounters with local wildlife, including insects. The home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters, but we cannot control the occasional bug. The property is on a large lot with a main bungalow located in front of it, ensuring complete privacy as your 1-bedroom home is detached from the main home. There is another rental house on the property. Please do not park in the driveway, as it is dedicated to the main home. You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you after booking. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking inside the home is prohibited, and any evidence of smoking, including vapes, will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Parties or events are not allowed unless previously approved, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors, maintaining quiet hours and cleaning up after themselves when outside. The marble island in the kitchen serves as a high-top bar and work-from-home space, complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi for all your remote work needs.
