It's important to note that you might see individuals who are facing challenges, as well as some homes that may need attention. However, the neighborhood has been on a positive trajectory, and positive changes have been happening over the years. While you might come across some areas in various states of repair and an older Spanish-speaking population, it's worth mentioning that the neighborhood has been steadily improving. We prioritize your safety and are pleased to share that we've never experienced any issues with crime. Our previous guests have reported feeling safe and comfortable during their stays. If you're new to inner-city living or expecting a gated community atmosphere, this neighborhood may have a different vibe than what you're used to. However, we believe in embracing the diversity and unique character of the area, and many of our guests have found it to be a rewarding and authentic experience. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. The primary guest must provide valid government issued ID upon booking. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. House-trained, groomed pets are welcome. Notify us about any pets during your reservation. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay. Ensure appropriate trash sorting and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. A fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days, is applicable. Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees.
