The cozy living room is perfect for rest and relaxation, featuring a gray couch that converts into a Queen-size bed, two lounge chairs, and a 55-inch TCL Roku TV. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances for dining in, and there's a dining space for four. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and the shared outdoor area includes bike racks and a bike wash station. Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. Located just 0.1 miles from the Tunnel Vision MTB Trailhead, 1 mile from Blowing Springs MTB Trailhead, 2 miles from Little Sugar MTB Trailhead, and 2 miles from the Razorback Greenway, this loft offers access to NWA's premier biking, running, and walking trails. It's also 3 miles from Tanyard Creek, a nature trail and waterfall. The Tweety Bird is conveniently close to hiking and biking trails (2-3 minutes), golf courses (5 minutes), and Downtown Bentonville (15 minutes). Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
