This delightful home features a swimming pool and outdoor shower, and is within walking or biking distance from Saratoga Springs activities. It sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 4 twin beds with 2 trundles. The 1.5 bathrooms include a full bath with a bathtub and shower, and a toilet room. The modern and well-equipped kitchen offers seating for 8 guests, and Wi-Fi Internet with Smart TVs are available throughout the home. The wide backyard is perfect for cornhole and other outdoor activities, and board games are provided for indoor fun. This dog-friendly home allows a maximum of 2 dogs, preferably aged 2 years and above, with a pet fee of $200. All dogs must be crated when left unattended. Free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking. Located just 3.6 miles from Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs, 4.2 miles from Saratoga Race Course, 5.5 miles from Saratoga Performing Arts Center, 6.7 miles from Saratoga Lake, 11 miles from Brown's Beach, 25 miles from Lake George, and 50 miles from Gore Mountain Ski Area, this home offers easy access to all the attractions Saratoga has to offer. The pool is closed from October to May and is not heated. The minimum booking age is 25. The home is fitted with a smart door lock. Guests are required to sign the property rental agreement, which includes the house rules. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage or extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated, and please clean up after your pet. Guests have access to a workspace, making it convenient for those who need to work from home during their stay.
