SHORT AND LONG TERM LEASES ARE AVAILABLE Apartment One is a END unit with 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a dedicated office in a QUIET 4 family complex. It is fully furnished with all utilities included for $1750 per month. Just bring your clothes and your food!! New kitchen cabinets, fixtures and flooring in 2020. The apartment is an L shaped townhouse style with kitchen (7'5x11'3) and dining (11'2x9'4) and stairs at the back, living room (14'2x11'3) in the front on the first floor. The kitchen includes stainless steel stove, side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glasses, utensils, pans, cookware, bakeware, toaster, Keurig, blender, cleaning supplies, broom, mop etc. The dining room has a table for 6 plus cabinetry with wine glasses, extra serving dishes, tablecloths napkins, wine rack. The living room has a reclining leather sectional, 65 inch TV with ROKU and large dresser. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, office, bath, and stackable washer/dryer with steam. One bedroom is 11'3x11 with queen bed with linens, closet, large dresser and 2 nightstands. Second bedroom is 11'3x10 with a queen bed with linens, closet, armoire and nightstand. The office is 11'3x8 with mirrored closet doors, desk, cabinetry, shelving, some books and supplies. The bath is 7'6x5 with tub, chair height elongated toilet, granite sink, and towels. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY in designated spots. All Utilities (gas and electric to $200/month, water and sewer to $50/month, internet, trash are included. Two quiet well mannered fixed pets are allowed for an additional monthly fee ($40 per cat or dog ONLY. No birds fish or reptiles) and security deposit. A pet agreement, health and vaccination certificates, and proof of insurance are required. QUALIFICATIONS: Proof of first month and security required ($3500). Employment and rental history, good credit, proof of $5300 minimum gross income per month, background check on all adults, references and cleanliness required. Maximum occupancy is 4 (two per bedroom). APPLICATION PROCESS: PLEASE reply to request a PRE-APPLICATION QUESTIONAIRE. I find sending the document via email is the easiest. Once the pre-application is received and vetted, the actual rental application, credit and background checks can be completed on this website (this keeps all of your personal and financial information secure). I will accept a copy of your credit report as long as it is within 30 days. The apartment will NOT be rented on a first come first serve basis. It will be rented to best candidates based on credit, combined income, cleanliness, references. etc. I will verify references so please let them know and give permission to speak to me.
