Each bedroom offers a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower separates the two rooms. Enjoy easy access to the beach via a boardwalk across the street, and take advantage of off-street parking. The condo accommodates up to six guests and is family-friendly. This upstairs unit offers a cozy living space with a sofa bed, wicker armchair, and SmartTV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for meal preparation, complete with essential kitchenware. A dining table with four chairs is available for meals. The unit includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Access to the patio is through the living room, providing a relaxing outdoor space. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Located within walking distance of the beach and numerous restaurants, this condo offers convenience and leisure. Just a few doors down from The Sugar Shack, you'll find plenty of dining options nearby. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for exploring the area. The condo is part of a home with three units, and you will have full and private access to your unit. Shared areas include parking and the yard. Check-in is contact-free via a digital door code, and you will receive the code upon check-in. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. A signed rental agreement is required. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
