ERDACE APARTMENTS

I moved here in December for work, and decided to rent at Erdace. I LOVE it! The building is beautiful and in a great location, and Arianna in front office has been incredibly helpful. It's great knowing I live in a place where the office truly cares about the residents.

We enjoyed our experience while living at Erdace. The complex is clean and modern. The apartment had a good layout for us. The covered parking garbage was a plus. We really enjoyed being close to all of the downtown activities.

I've never lived at an apartment complex where the staff was so attentive and caring. They're here for us 24/7 and are so helpful with anything that we need.

I moved to the area to start my career. The property that I was suppose to be living was not at all what I was shown and was a total nightmare! One of my co-workers told me to contact Erdace. I was in a pannic waiting outside at a property that I had no intentions of living at with no idea where I was going to live. The Erdace staff was so kind and welcomed me with open arms. They offered me their model unit to sleep in over the night then the next day help discuss prices and what their property had to offer. The leasing agent and her property manager were so wonderful In making sure that my cat and I found the perfect place to live. The next day I met Arianna who showed me multiple units and helped me pick the best one. I could not believe how nice she was or the entire staff. I’m so glad that everything happened the way that it did because I love my apartment at Erdace!!!

We moved here from out of town and the staff at Erdace made our moving process SEAMLESS! Arianna was very helpful over the phone when it came to questions, and Briana really cares about her residents when it comes to making sure needs are met. I would recommend this place to anyone moving into the city!!!

We've been at Erdace Apartments for about 6 and a half months, and have no complaints! The property is very well-kept, and our apartment has the best view of the lake. My husband and I eat at Luna's every Saturday, and it's been so nice to take a few steps across the street to get there! Management is also extremely helpful and kind. Briana made the rental process easy and was very patient with all of our questions. We definitely recommend this property.

Love living here so far, the property is very protected with a gated parking garage and codes on every door. The leasing agent Arianna was so helpful in getting us toured, moved in, and helped me out when I locked myself out my apt. It's great living in downtown, LC and the commute to work is way easier.

great luxury-feeling property. maintenance was very fast with the two minor issues I had in my apartment (dryer button stopped working, and put a small whole in my wall while moving in). Had both issues fixed the next day. great place
