Property Ratings at The Hundred Exchange
I lived there for a year before moving out of the area. Amanda and Tiffany, the office staff are amazing. The people are friendly and the grounds are well-kept. As I go to bed early, I appreciated the "quite time" 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. I did have an issue with noise, however it was resolved within hours on the same day reported. Loved how close it is to shopping and restaurants.
Nice friendly and close to work place. Reasonable prices. Tiffany at the office is the best.
Apts are old and run down. Issues with mold and utilities not working properly (dishwasher...etc). Landscape needs a lot of work. Only landscape that is descent is at entrance. Constant loud music if you live near pool area. Ongoing issue with water bugs/roaches.

If you are a current resident, we highly recommend contacting us so we can address your maintenance needs as well as pinpoint where we can send pest control. The complex is quiet and the office staff is very friendly. Maintenance requests are promptly answered and fulfilled. The pool area is family friendly as well and I love that there are different events throughout the year to get the community together. This is a great place to live!

Mostly everything is really great. The layout is nice. The problems I see are the most important to acknowledge is that they do have critters in some of the apartments. The maintenance team is nice but not so great at actually fixing the things that are broken. They do more of a temporary band-aid. The residents residing here are very kind and welcoming. I would say, overall the place is nice.

The complex management is awesome. The apartment could use updating. For the most part, my area of the complex is quiet. Have been here for 6 years. :)
my apartment is rarely nice rent is okay. We don't really have much to spend on decorations the Inside but , everyone is very nice and it's a calm quite place. Perfect starter place my boyfriend and I are very happy here.
