Epoch Clemson is the perfect place to live if you’re looking for a tranquil, quiet environment with the convenience of being located minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and Clemson University. I have lived at Epoch for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. The private shuttle is extremely convenient, and the tons of community events that are hosted every month really help bring the residents together. The staff is super helpful with any issues that need to be resolved, and the maintenance team is super efficient and polite!

I appreciated the employees who helped me move in. I had a problem with the wifi and someone came the same day we called to come and fix it.

Great move in day and great experience!! Room is spacious with a huge bathroom and even bigger closet!!! House was clean upon move in with nice furniture

My time here has been splendid, my room was very neat and I was able to set everyone up exactly as I had desired. I am very thankful with how helpful and supportive the staff was.

Move in was very smooth apartments are clean lots of stuff to do very well kept. Pool is awesome. gym is also awesome but not as awesome as pool

My resident experience has been great. This upcoming school year will be my third year living at Epoch. The luxury of my apartment is something that has gained my appreciation over my years of living here.

I enjoy living here. I like how there are resident events that are thought out and enjoyable for all. The lake being so close offers a nice relax getaway from school.

I really like the amenities and how they are open twenty four seven. being able to use them on my own pace really added to the experience of living in epoch

I love the experience with Epoch, however it is difficult not being able to have any early move in for sorority recruitment. I like the community feel and events.

When talking with the front desk representative, Anna made it so easy for me to get my questions answered and figure out logistical issues I was having. Almost every staff member I have talked with has been above and beyond helpful! Thank you, epoch!

I was a really big fan of epoch after moving in, but new management took over in the spring of 2024 and they've made it worse in multiple ways. We went from a cute little convenience store to a couple vending machines, we changed to a trash company where we can have no trash outside, there's only 1 bus on property, not sure if that's permanent. I love the maintenance people, who thankfully stayed the same, but the new management has made changes enough that my rent should be $100 lower.

Epoch is a nice scene but could absolutely be better managed and built. I lived in a four person apartment, and there were constant issues withi irrigation, pipes, and our roof. No bugs, which is great.

so far so good. Have not moved in yet but the application and onboarding process has been great. Looking forward to living here next year. TY

Unfortunately I could not get a lease for the next year but am planning on doing so the year after. All of my friends live there and they by far have the best living situation in Clemson. The houses are all new and clean with great appliances. The location is great and right by campus with a great pool. Epoch also takes care of their residents, I was hired by a moving company that Epoch paid for and I worked helping every family that moved in get everything settled inside their apartments!

Don’t rent from this company in the future. I made the mistake of renting thru this company for the 2019-2020 school year and they have been nothing but trouble from day one. The amount of lies and deception present is unbelievable. As a Clemson student I have never had this bad of management problems with any other apartment complexes in Clemson. Their staff and gm Steven may come off as nice and helpful but all they are doing is trying to get your money from you. Once your lease is signed they will have no respect for your time or money. Updated as of 5/3/20 epoch Clemson now enforced strict towing rules while have very few visitor spots. I have had to park over a half mile away from friends houses in order to comply with the rules. Once again if you can find another complex to rent almost all around the Clemson area are better than this one.

Epoch has every Floor Plan to choose from, more Amenities than any other community, all the high end features, utility packages, and much more. It’s a true lake front student community. I know once move in comes, no one will want to leave. The community literally has it all! Great staff that will help you every step of the way.
