Encore Townhomes

Community is quiet, clean, and over peaceful place to live. I’ve been living here for years and I couldn’t be any more happier. Rent is a bit pricey however, you can’t put a price on peace and quiet.

We love it here! The community is so well maintained and beautiful. It's very peaceful. All of the people that work here are incredibly kind and helpful! Our kids and we can't wait for the pool and updated gym to open ??

We are very pleased with our experience the past year and a half. Staff is amazing and very timely when it comes to any concerns. Brand new clubhouse/pool coming which is a plus!

Have had a good experience with the staff in the office and maintenance office. When we have an issue, the response is pretty good and issue gets resolved at a reasonable time

Leasing office is very attentive and caring. The move in process was simple and if anything needed attention it was addressed and taken care of right away.

Love my cozy apartment! Very up to date with the fixtures, our maintenance is so quick to respond to my work orders and located in a prime area. 3 years later and I still love this place!

Just renewed our lease, we love how quiet the neighborhood is and friendly the staff are! Recently had a couple of issues with our sink and fridge, the maintenance team fixed it up super quick

I have lived here at Encore Townhomes for the last 4 years and I am happy with my decision to move here. The staff is wonderful, especially maintenance! Very quiet neighborhood. Close by everything, with a lot of new places to visit.

Great place to rent! Maintenance of the property is immaculate. Snow and grass is maintained immediately and very hassle free. Properties come in good condition and maintenance is quick to attend to anything out of place.

Very quiet community. Great job with outdoor maintenance. Maintenance crew very responsive and prompt with repairs. Would recommend to others.

I like living here. Being a senior, the staff here are very helpful and nice. Maintenance guys are very respectful, helpful and polite. They get things done, very timely. Having the attached garage is a plus! The only drawbacks; we have a lot of noise’s coming from our above (2nd flr neighbors). They have young children and it’s constant jumping and bouncing around. There is no play area for them in this complex. When new tenants move in I think it’s a good idea to let them know that there is a family with young children living above them. These walls are seem to be very thin. A maintenance person even commented on the noise while he was here doing requested repairs.

Wonderful community with friendly neighbors ! Dog friendly and great staff!! Definitely feels like home, we are renewing our lease and are so excited to have another year here :)

We have lived here over a year and absolutely love our home. The encore staff is amazing and very attentive and on top of any issues that may come up in the community. Very thankful for Encore Townhomes.

We really enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is but also how friendly our neighbors are. We also enjoy that we are close to everything around us. Amenities are great and we don’t have any issues with things in our home

This is a great community! It is welcoming, safe and very pet friendly. The management and maintenance teams are exceptional. I'm entering my 4th year here, and I couldn't be happier.

The complex is clean neat and well cared for. The maintenance staff do ax excellent job. It is close to great shopping and restaurants. A great place to live.

I love all the fun community engagement activities and I just love how this staff genuinely cares about their community members! It’s truly a great place to live.

We recently renewed our lease and we are pretty happy about our choice. I’m the beginning we did experience issues with the appliances but that staff were really helpful with fixing the issues.

I’ve been here just over 3 months. The staff is excellent and the maintenance crew is very responsive. This is a great community with nice amenities and higher end finishes. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful community! Great staff. Always there to help! You feel like a friend to them instead of a person living in a neighborhood. They remember you and are very personable :)

Leasing office team is excellent and so welcoming! Quick response to maintenance requests. Love the ActiveBuilding app that makes requests easy and love earning points. The grounds look nice and community events are great! Highly recommend Encore Townhomes.

Apartment was dirty moving in , paint drips all over walls and floor almost every room, paint on door knobs, ac doesn’t work in master bedroom, front porch dirty, front railing broken

absolutely love living here. the community is beautiful and the amenities are also fantastic. whenever there is an issue maintenance is there within an hour or so to fix it. 10/10 recommend.

Anthony was WONDERFUL throughout the entire move in process! The community is very kind and clean. Everyone here is friendly and we feel safe living here.

Outstanding community. Exceptional staff. I have lived there a year and renewed my lease. They are utterly responsive and attentive to residents’ needs. There is always some periodic activities/events to engage with the residents and/or promote community bonding. My sole disappointment is the state of the fitness center. All the spare equipment is antiquated and non-functional. The place is a complete disaster, seems an absolute afterthought for management and inexcusable to be in such a pity state. Still, wonderful community. Please come and Live with us!

Nice, quiet, and clean environment!!!!! If I could buy I definitely would. Cool place to stay until your find and purchase your forever home.

Like how it’s a quiet neighborhood but honestly needs work. The gym is broken down. We’re getting charged extra but Not fixing anything just keep planning community activities like yoga that nobody barely goes to instead of supplying actual needs and updates to the homes. Priorities are elsewhere.

We have lived here for 1 year, It has been a great place to live, If I could change something it would be only the community amenities (It could have a bigger club house, a bigger fitness center, etc...). But in general this community and the team who manages it is great!

Overall mostly positive. A few issues with our unit that mostly are resolved. Unit did not feel completely cleaned/fixed from prior rentals before us moving in, still ongoing issues that are awaiting to be resolved.

Was better 5 years ago My street sometimes feels like a parking lot … Cars parked all over the place day and night Trash cans nobody cares Service team is awesome Man’s sauna is broken for almost 1 year

Been living here for over a year and our experience has been great and any issues the complex is receptive to and helps out. Def recommend. Just a little expensive but the pool, activities, etc. help make it worth it.

Great community and amenities. Wonderful staff, very welcoming and helpful!! Peaceful and clean. Great location to shopping and dining. Easily accessible to freeways.

Very clean and nice place to live! Staff is extremely accommodating and quick to answer if you need something. It takes all the pressure off from having to not worry about your home when you are busy!

Really enjoying our stay. Would recommend to a friend and our family members. The front desk is really helpful. We did run into some issues with our appliances when we first moved in, but they helped us figure it out.

The pool and club house aren’t the greatest. The area I live alot of people yelling fighting alot which brings the police. Then we have the people who can’t pick up there dog crap. But the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Maintenance guys great job they are always on top of things.

Encore Townhomes is an amazing place to live. The quality of the townhomes is amazing and the staff is exceptional! I just moved in and the process was seamless. Highly recommend!

I've been living at Encore for a year and it is a very nice set up here. Very good location, nice kitchen, responsive staff, and a well built building.

Encore townhomes is a great community and a very nice area. The townhomes are spacious and have great features. I love the connected garage space! Highly recommended

We love living here! The neighborhood is quiet and the staff are all very friendly. We also love our townhome and how nice it is inside. Being able to access a lot of stores close by is also nice

Appliance suck for what you pay for rent. They are old and out dated. Rent is too high and the way they determine rent is ridiculous. The only thing that is convenient is the location

I absolutely love it here. The community itself is great, and so are the staff. The units on their own are GORGEOUS and so luxurious feeling. 10/10

It’s a little bit of everything that makes my review a 2 star especially the bugs that are a huge problem idk how many times they call an exterminator and still the problem is still there I’m not the only resident that has this issue a lot of ppl that live in this townhomes have this issue with the same results also our washer and dryer have been an issue from day one without a resolution from management along with out dishwasher and fridge I’ve had to buy my self and my wife new closet full of clothes every year thanks to their washer and dryer and the rent goes up every year with out a problem they get their rent every month with out a problem but we have to sit here and deal with all these issues that do not get resolved

We really like the neighborhood. It's beautiful and very well maintained. We love all the fun events that housing puts on as well! We can't wait for summer to enjoy the pool and hot tub!

Everyone here is extremely nice , it’s also a very quiet place not to mention close to everything.Managmentnhas been always available along with sending out good updates on the community.
