My family and I have been living here for almost a year in November & it’s been great! Our neighbors are nice and quiet, this summer at the pool i met more neighbors that was friendly,I love when the clubhouse host little gatherings and activities to do! When we go to pay our rent we are always greeted with a smile. I’m excited to renew my lease,I really enjoy living here! The maintenance people are nice and always come to fix whatever we need. I love how the lawn is kept up. Very happy about our decision!
Clean, friendly, and well maintained. Plenty of events, and activities for adults and children. Conveniently placed for shopping, games, and food. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move in this general area.

Overall good experience. Quick responses to service inquiries. Friendly community. Dog waste well taken care of by residents. Frequent repairs needed on my unit that makes me give it 4 stars rather than 5, otherwise good experience.
I really enjoy living here. The location I’ve very convenient for shopping and dining. I do wish charcoal grilling was allowed. Also the water bill is extremely high every month even in the winter when no outside water is being used.
So far our experience has been really smooth. We appreciate the move in process and all the amenities so far. Dafney is amazing and has been so helpful throughout the process.
Nice well kept community. Any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance is absolutely awesome when repairs need to be done. Pool and new clubhouse amenities and great! Very clean and well kept.

Been here for almost 3 years. The staff are very helpful and friendly and maintenance is always on time. No real concerns for the area and residence are very stylish. Only thing is I wish the unit I'm in had the 2 car garage or an up and downstairs as its the 2nd most expensive and an end unit. Thanks Encore.
The gym is excellent now and the swimming pool too. I like the easy going at the leasing center and the many events they promote. It is the best place ive been so far.
Wonderful community with many upgrades to the entertainment areas! The office staff is amazing and so are the maintenance guys!! The grounds are well maintained at all times! This is a wonderful place to call home!

I have been living here for about 2 months. Overall they are solid townhomes, managed well. You get what you expect no surprises. Quiet and comfortable.
Well I am not happy here because the pool is not open we were told as residents it should be open by now. So this weekend and week is supposed to be nice and we have no pool to enjoy. I moved here to have a pool and now no pool? So what is going there has been no communication or update about the club house or pool. So what is this place going to do we should financially compensate for no pool clubhouse not being to use anything. I also have maintenance issues that haven’t been addressed yet request was when I paid rent. I would like some answers.
Community is quiet, clean, and over peaceful place to live. I’ve been living here for years and I couldn’t be any more happier. Rent is a bit pricey however, you can’t put a price on peace and quiet.
We love it here! The community is so well maintained and beautiful. It's very peaceful. All of the people that work here are incredibly kind and helpful! Our kids and we can't wait for the pool and updated gym to open ??
We are very pleased with our experience the past year and a half. Staff is amazing and very timely when it comes to any concerns. Brand new clubhouse/pool coming which is a plus!
Have had a good experience with the staff in the office and maintenance office. When we have an issue, the response is pretty good and issue gets resolved at a reasonable time
Leasing office is very attentive and caring. The move in process was simple and if anything needed attention it was addressed and taken care of right away.

Great place to rent! Maintenance of the property is immaculate. Snow and grass is maintained immediately and very hassle free. Properties come in good condition and maintenance is quick to attend to anything out of place.

I like living here. Being a senior, the staff here are very helpful and nice. Maintenance guys are very respectful, helpful and polite. They get things done, very timely. Having the attached garage is a plus! The only drawbacks; we have a lot of noise’s coming from our above (2nd flr neighbors). They have young children and it’s constant jumping and bouncing around. There is no play area for them in this complex. When new tenants move in I think it’s a good idea to let them know that there is a family with young children living above them. These walls are seem to be very thin. A maintenance person even commented on the noise while he was here doing requested repairs.

This is a great community! It is welcoming, safe and very pet friendly. The management and maintenance teams are exceptional. I'm entering my 4th year here, and I couldn't be happier.
The complex is clean neat and well cared for. The maintenance staff do ax excellent job. It is close to great shopping and restaurants. A great place to live.

We recently renewed our lease and we are pretty happy about our choice. I’m the beginning we did experience issues with the appliances but that staff were really helpful with fixing the issues.
I’ve been here just over 3 months. The staff is excellent and the maintenance crew is very responsive. This is a great community with nice amenities and higher end finishes. Definitely recommend.

Apartment was dirty moving in , paint drips all over walls and floor almost every room, paint on door knobs, ac doesn’t work in master bedroom, front porch dirty, front railing broken
absolutely love living here. the community is beautiful and the amenities are also fantastic. whenever there is an issue maintenance is there within an hour or so to fix it. 10/10 recommend.
Anthony was WONDERFUL throughout the entire move in process! The community is very kind and clean. Everyone here is friendly and we feel safe living here.
Outstanding community. Exceptional staff. I have lived there a year and renewed my lease. They are utterly responsive and attentive to residents’ needs. There is always some periodic activities/events to engage with the residents and/or promote community bonding. My sole disappointment is the state of the fitness center. All the spare equipment is antiquated and non-functional. The place is a complete disaster, seems an absolute afterthought for management and inexcusable to be in such a pity state. Still, wonderful community. Please come and Live with us!
