The first thing that separates Encore from all others in Lake nona is the staff! The management is very involved in the property management. The management is in house and not absent like other places. The value provided for the facilities is unparalleled. Easy access to highways, downtown, groceries and medical facilities.

After my tour with Miguel. I fell in love with my apartment. The apartment has everything I was looking for plus more. The new upgraded appliances are such a plus.The property is well maintained and maintenance is so helpful and prompt. I'm so glad I chose these apartments.
