New apartments, easy parking, speed in meeting requests via portal. The courtesy of the Office girls is a plus. They are super kind and always help me with any question, especially because of the language barrier. The girl dusts. It's especially very pleasant. It's a clean and pleasant environment to be.

Encore Metro at Millenia is a beautiful complex that feels new and modern, with an amazing management team and maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the area that this complex is located in has an extremely high crime rate, and overall feels unsafe and unwelcoming. The company that owns this complex has taken steps towards keeping the complex safe, however it has not made us feel any better with the amount of crime that goes on around this area. It is a great apartment complex with a wonderful staff that unfortunately was located in a terrible area.

I really strongly recommend the condominium. I feel safe, clean environment, the maintenance service providers are kind, the girls in the office are extremely polite and are wielded and help you in what you need and this is a very important point, kindness. The super fair value in view of the quality of the apartments and the structure of the condominium.

This place is absolutely horrible! Gate never works so you will never feel safe! Horrible location and the only good thing about them is their two maintenance men! The office staff do not care about anything. Safe yourself from getting stuck in a lease and go anywhere else.

Love my apartment so far, haven’t had any issues as far as any malfunctioning inside but management needs to do some improvements outside, the gate has been a problem since day one, and if we want to prevent future infestations in the community some enforcement needs to be done with residents about their trash and littering. As well as cleanliness of hallways of the buildings.

My family and I are so happy that we chose Encore Metro for our new home in Orlando. The property is located close to EVERYTHING. I just got a chance to use the gym and all I can say is WOW! I appreciate the friendliness and promptness of the office staff and the maintenance team. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment.

Encore metro is an extremely beautiful place to call home. They offer amenities that other properties do not have. As a whole I am proud to tell people about the community.
