The property is great! It’s new and very clean and the amenities are awesome!!
Encore is an amazing apartment complex! The concrete floors help with noise control and make the apartments feel very solid and safe. There’s plenty of parking, an elevator, and a super helpful staff. The amenities are great—the pool is clean and warm, they offer a grilling area and tables to eat at. the playroom has TVs and a pool table, and the meeting rooms are really convenient when needed. The coffee machine is a lifesaver on busy mornings, and the gym has tons of machines and free weights. I’ve only been here for about a month, but everything has been great so far. Thank you, Encore!

Encore Echo is a very comfortable living environment. It's peaceful, clean and quaint. It has all of the amenities I look for when living in a shared environment and is never over crowded in any of them at any time. It has a great amount of parking. I can always find a space near my entrance. My unit is very clean and the two tone painta throughout adds great depth to the rooms. The kitchen has very nice decor and I like the hardwood floors throughout. The management is very nice and receptive and helped me with a seamless move-in. I really like living here.
