Encore at Manchester

We love living at Encore at Manchester! We’ve renewed our lease 3 times. The Harmonic floor plan is just the best. Logan and Zara are great and kind in every way, and the grounds are pristine. We highly recommend living here to anybody in the area, whether you’re single, married, or have a family!

We love living here!! The management is incredible responsive and cares about the residents' needs to find the best solution allowing our whole family, including our furry member to be together. It's a wonderful place to stay and the location is excellent, so many great things to enjoy nearby.

·Whenever I encounter a problem, they respond immediately, which is always helpful. - In winter, they help us by clearing the snow from inside the sub. It's very helpful.

I've lived in this apartment for three years, and it's a truly wonderful place. The facilities are clean, and the surrounding area is maintained very frequently (shoveling snow, removing fallen leaves, gardening, etc.). The staff are very friendly and respond promptly to repair requests. The monthly events are also fun, and I look forward to them every time. I will be moving for work, but if I return to this area, I would definitely like to live in this apartment.

After 18 months spent here, I can just confirm how wonderful is living at Encore. Since the beginning I felt at home. The property is beautiful, quiet, full of green, close to a wonderful lake and perfectly maintained. The management is amazing, always supportive. I would choose my guys at Encore again and every single time.

The neighbors are nice, the residence is a peaceful place to come home to after busy long workdays, and the natural beauty of the neighborhood is wonderful!

I love how the managing office is trying to keep this community exciting and comfortable. Every time I see the winter decoration lightings, I get a warm feeling and feel that I'm home.

Place is fine. Always had a difficult time getting the right temp in the apartment. We were here temporarily during a remodel. There were a couple issues they promised they would fix when we moved in that they didn’t.

The neighbors are very nice, and it’s a peaceful community to live in. The holiday decorations are wonderful across the property. The service of weekly recycling and trash pickup is very much appreciated.

Overall, I've had a positive experience living at Encore at Manchester. They are remarkably friendly and consistently organize events to provide entertainment for the residents.

So far so good, smooth move in process, quick response to the maintenance or repair requests, people are professional and friendly. The apartment itself is clean.

I've been living at Encore at Manchester for two weeks, and it's been an incredible experience. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-designed, with plenty of natural light and great storage. The resident events are fun, and I've made great friends here. Plus, it's a pet-friendly environment, which is perfect for my dog. The location is super convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and my daily commute. The management team is also fantastic—always responsive and helpful. We just moves to Encore At Manchester a couple weeks ago. Our move in was very smooth and easy. The leasing office is very quick to respond. Zara is very nice and cooperative. The community is great. been great living here the past few weeks. Looking forward to our stay here.

This is by far the best placed that I have lived. The property is kept clean, grass is always cut, and landscaping is always done. Not to mention that office staff and maintenance is always on top of things. I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for something in my apartment to be taken care of. Office staff is always welcoming. What more could you ask for? For the most post this is a pretty quiet community and that’s exactly what I was looking for.

The community is very peaceful, and I enjoy walking around the property along with nearby areas. The natural beauty preserved throughout the property is amazing, and I find it really refreshing to wake up to a wetland in my backyard every day!

Comfortable apartments and fun environment make Encore at Manchester a great place to live. Plenty to do and see within walking and/or biking distance, promoting an active lifestyle.

Very smooth move in process. Zara was able to help me with many move in questions. Peaceful community I would say. Maintainence is very quick and easy.

love living here. The place is very nice and staff is great. Maintenance is also great, have had to use the emergency hot line couple times and response time is good. Landscaping is looking very good also.

I love living at Encore at Manchester! Grounds are kept nice with plenty of bike and walking areas. I feel safe and it's a pretty quiet area yet close to everything I need/want. The office and maintenance team is top-notch and always responsive and friendly.

Living at encore had been great! We love the neighborhood and location. The apartments are nice and updated and the garage is a huge plus. Everyone living here is nice and quiet. And the encore team is awesome and always helpful and responsive.

It is going on 2 years for us at Encore and it is still a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice and comfortable place to live to come to Encore at Manchester.

Overall, my move-in experience has been very positive. I was disappointed about grease stains on walls/ceilings which weren’t repaired prior to my lease beginning, heavy grease buildup in the stove and microwave vents, corrosion and staining in the bathrooms, and some other things. However, the apartment complex management immediately became attentive to these problems, so I am very hopeful in full repairs and replacements prior to my official move. I want to express my gratitude to Zara as she has been a very important resource for my move to the Novi apartment! Thank you!

No problems signing lease, moving in or since. We are staying while our house is being fixed after a flood. Three bedroom has plenty of room.

Great location, a great office, and a maintenance staff. New and modern building. Love that I have a two-car garage and can easily walk to Walled Lake and get onto several bike/walking trails. Also nice being close to the mall and various shops.

I moved in Michigan six months ago and when entered the Encore at Manchester I immediately fell in love with this place. It is very beautiful, greener, with a lot of amenities and nice and big spaces all around. The apartment is more than comfortable, you can choose the one fitting with your own needs. The whole staff is taking care about the residents overall, they are professional, always supportive, nice and authentic. I could not be more lucky than living in this wonderful place, where I feel at home definitely.

Clean/good Neighborhood/quick maintenance service/kitchen with gas stove/new and good appliance. On-Site manager, caretaker are always great and willing to help.

We just love the open concept of the Harmonic Floor plan! The added office space is a huge plus, and is a must for working from home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super spacious, and everything is clean and updated. It truly feels more like a townhome or condo, not an apartment! We are so very glad we chose the harmonic floor plan

Great location! Love walking to Walled Lake and being so close to the mall, stores, etc. but not feeling like you're in a busy area. The office staff is amazing - they're always fast, helpful, and kind. Maintenance is done quickly and the grounds are kept very nice. No smoking policy is a must. Love living here - just hope the rent stays reasonable.

Love the community! Very clean and very calm community. The neighborhood is also very good. My overall experience here at Encore at Manchester has been great.

Have only had the keys to the apt for 1 week, and are still moving in, but so far, all is good. Real nice apt, and staff have been wonderful to work with. I'm sure I'll be very happy living here.
