Property Ratings at Encore at Lewis Ranch
The building was built poorly and it seems tenants are paying the price. The developer should have more consideration for the time and money of the tenants who are spending their hard earned money to stay in a poorly constructed home. Whether it’s on comtraxtor or designer something should be done and staff is completely indifferent to helping or caring for the tenants who are having to deal with these leaks personally. Accountability from the owner would be great to see.

Hi! We want to express our apologies for the issues with roof leaks that have been discovered since construction. These roof leaks were an isolated issue to a few select units. We have worked diligently with the company that constructed the project along with their framing subcontractor on correcting these issues. As soon as we were aware of the issues, we notified every affected tenant about the contractor’s efforts to fix the situation. All tenants spoken to seemed to be very understanding of the situation and understood that all efforts were being made to rectify the situation. We regret that you may have not been satisfied with the contractor’s efforts. If you had notified us, we would have attempted to satisfy you as best we could. All issues with the roof leaks have now been fixed. If you would please stop by or give our office a call, we will be happy to work with you.
