Encore at Deerhill Villas

Resort living at its best without having to leave home! We are so happy to live here, relaxing and enjoying our home. The staff is amazing and are always there when needed.

The staff is incredible and I love my home (can't call it an apartment as it is so spacious and like a home) I had family over recently and they were shocked as to how big , open and roomy my apartment is!

We have been very happy with the staff and the neighbors! Everything but the weather! Maintenance has been taken care of and community events are fun

We love it here! Our apartment is very spacious. The staff is first rate. And we enjoy watching the grounds crew mow the lawn. Come on in, the water's fine.

Absolutely a great place to live and offers many great amenities. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this living community.

Everything has been great. Friendly people and great home. It has been a great walking the dogs around the Neighborhood and going to the dog park.

Just moved in but have enjoyed the area so far. The leasing staff was very helpful during the application process, all the way to move in. Application process was easy and they guided you through the process. Looking forward to enjoying the community!

I have been here over 3 years and very satisfied with Encore. The units are very nice, great location and the people working here are great. They are also very responsive to maintenance request.

My wife and I have been extremely please with our apartment and the staff at Encore Villas at Deerhill. We particularly enjoy the location within a short 10 minute drive to see our grandchildren.

Very quiet here and maintenance is great. Rent could be lower and not raised every year. Overall very comfortable place to live. Staff is attentive and pleasant to deal with. Like that it’s close to freeway and Clarkston Village.

We are enjoying our villa apartment. We especially like the spacious square footage, open floor plan and the 2 car attached garage. Maintenance person, Greg is excellent and takes care of any issues that arise efficiently and promptly. Tammy in office is excellent. She really cares about all the residents and is attentive to our needs and concerns-can’t say enough about how great she is. I do wish the exercise room/facility was larger.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Encore. Staff is very friendly, the community building is always clean and maintenance comes rapidly. We love it here!

Other than the I75 noise and lack of Promised landscaping on my corner lot ide give encore an 8/10 . I luv my unit and the club house! Mgt here is great ! Like the effort for gatherings!

The community is beautiful, the staff is incredible (I just love Tammy) most of the the home are beautiful, cozy but so spacious. The floor plans are so well thought out and practical. It certainly does not feel like an apartment!

Very happy starting my 3rd year at Encore Villas. Staff is very responsive, units are comfortable and the amenities are great! There really isn't anything I'd change.

Everyone we meet is awesome, the amenities are superb, the staff is amazing. Living here is so relaxing and carefree! Wish we could have moved here sooner!

Aside from the noise of the traffic on Dixie Hwy, it ha been a very pleasant experience. Love having a garage and everything on one level. The staff her are very responsive to any of your needs. Maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely manner and Greg is nothing short of pleasant and efficient. I am quite impressed with the continual communication between management and residents and the variety of social venues that are offered . So far so good !!

My wife and I were treated with kindness from the minute. We looked at our unit. The community is awesome and our home is spectacular. Looking forward to sharing lots of fun events using that pool on these hot summer days.!

The staff has been most accommodating , they provided me with all the information I needed and showed me around. The apartment is just perfect! Kitchen is spacious and contains everything one needs. Most of all love the open concept.

The staff here are great. Christine, Tammy and Greg were very helpful. Greg addressed all of our minor concerns immediately. Very pleased.

Beautiful and peaceful! Spacious and well taken care of! I love that this is a pet-loving community. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. We feel at home already and have just moved in!

The community and units are kept in excellent condition. If there is a problem, they are very fast in getting it fixed. You will be hard pressed to find anything better in this price range and in this location.

Such a lovely little community. Well maintained sidewalks in the winter let us easily keep up with our dog walking even after winter storms.

I’ve lived here for 4 years so have seen and been through many changes including new construction. After construction and going through COVID, when couldn’t get things done, it’s been a very pleasant place to live. Maintenance is great and prompt, quiet here and nice to walk around. The location is great with easy access to freeway and not far from different shopping areas. I grew up in Clarkston and after moving away for a number of years, before moving back, it still feels like home to me

Our experience has been excellent. Christine, the manager, has been kind and patient, as we have never rented before. My husband and I really like the villa and it's amenities very much and look forward to a long stay.

It’s very nice living here. The facilities are nice and clean. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous.

We have enjoyed all the time at Encore! The community is lovley and the maintence is exceptional! What a hidden gem in Clarkston! Highly recommend!

Very well run complex, I would highly recommend to friends and family. The pool, club house and grounds are always clean, as well as the dog park and bag stations usually tended to.

Excellent apartments, nice open floor plan with great amenities, wonderful staff that makes this feel like home. The only negative is a bit of road noise.

The townhomes are in an great and convenient location. The office staff is very responsive when there is a concern. We have had great follow up with them also. The community is quiet and close to downtown shopping.

It is very nice living here. The amenities are kept very clean and are very handy. It is great having snacks and drinks in the club house. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Great place to live- very convenient location near 75 and downtown Clarkston. Nice amenities, spacious condos. The leasing office hosts a lot of events and appreciates their residents. If you need something fixed- they are speedy! No complaints here so far.

Encore at Deerhill is a great place to live. The apartments are in great condition and whenever we have had a problem-trouble programming the thermostat, smoke detector battery beeping-maintenance has responded quickly and efficiently. The office staff is helpful and friendly, planning monthly activities to get to know neighbors, if you want to participate.

I’ve lived at Encore for 6 months now and am very impressed with the timeliness of all services: garbage pick up, lawn care, snow removal, spring planting schedule. I recently noticed that two of my evergreens in the front of the house were dying and had planned to notify the office. Before I could, I came home last night to find two new healthy bushes had just been planted, without any need for me to request this ! Good community management.

Love the community, so far great experience! Feels like home, everyone is so friendly and we feel safe! The pool and dog park is an added benefit!

My husband and I both retired, decided it was time to downsize from our beautiful colonial 5 bedroom 3 1/2 baths and sell our home after 23 years in Clarkston this year! We sold our home in a week! We didn’t really want to purchase another home and worry about maintenance or other expenses of being a home owners again! Still wanted to remain in the Clarkston Community so we liked what Encore at Deerhill Villas had to offer compared to the Condos we have been looking at for 2 years! We moved in on March 2023 and loving it so far, still getting used of the big changes it will take time, it’s all going to be fine I’m sure! Great experience and friendly maintenance personnel responding quickly on the same day for any service call! The grass is turning green now that we had some nice rain! Very peaceful here and have some friendly neighbors too! We’re really enjoying that pool there too! ????

Surprise yesterday. our windows were washed.Did’nt expect it. One more job I don’ t have to do. getting better and better.I almost feel like I’m retired.

This is the 2nd time we have lived at Encore Deerhill. It is a very clean, professional community. The kind of place that you feel proud of when you pull in after a long day at work. The leasing manager Christine and Tammy are great communicators which is very important to me.

Great place to live. Maintenance request are handle very quickly and professionally around our schedule. Appliances are modern. Plenty of pod street parking

We have been in this community approximately 3 years. Great place to live great staff. Christine and Greg Are great and the Community is pet friendly.

After down sizing from 3,500 square for home home on 2.82 acres. House with a full basement, and the up keep on 2.82 acres it was time to down size. Coming to Deerhill Villas was a dream come true! Allegra is a beautiful apartment! Greg and Christine are marvelous and I very much plan on staying. Favorite room the Allegra sunroom and adore the patio.

I love it here. I wish I was allowed to sign a long term contract. At least I’d have piece of mind. Looking forward to summer and the pool, biking and activities. My new puppy “Kayla” loves it here. She’s a Goldendoodle and will experience summer for the first time. She doesn’t shed. I wondered if I still have to pay $35 extra per month?
